The Challenge

To redevelop half a city block involving demolitions of existing vacant buildings to accommodate at least 65,000 sq.ft. of Grade A lettable office accommodation with on site car parking.

The Response

We designed a striking 8-storey building, with a flexible floor plate that would suit both single occupation and floor by floor sub division. The project was originally undertaken as a speculative build but was let mid way through the main contract. We were then engaged in the full occupational fit out for Esure as their flagship call centre headquarters.

The project was a runner up in the BCO Awards for “Office Development of the Year “ – Scotland.
