The Practice has been responsible for a significant number of conservation & refurbishment projects. These have included minor & major works to a wide variety of Grade A, B & C listed properties. We have delivered numerous listed façade projects around Glasgow involving façade retentions and/ or reconstruction of replica facades. We have also been involved in restoration & conversion of significant historic buildings cross the county including Condover Hall Shropshire, Byzantine House Newcastle, Borthwick Castle Mid Lothian and the South Rotunda on Glasgow’s Pacific Quay. Two of the practice partners are formally accredited R.I.A.S Conservation Architects. We are currently involved in two exciting projects in Newcastle to transform some handsome listed buildings into boutique urban conversions, and work is ongoing at Borthwick Castle, south of Edinburgh.
