We were approached by a Design + Build contractor to provide architectural services to facilitate the delivery of two sorting offices for Royal Mail. The clients had exacting standards set out in a very specific Employers Requirements document.

The buildings themselves were relatively straight forward but a focused effort was implemented at the early stages, to interrogate the Employer’s Requirements to ensure compliance as the designs and specifications were developed.
