To transform a disused factory and semi-industrial waste ground into a new business destination at an edge of centre location on the outskirts of Glasgow.

We designed a pair of striking office pavilions to provide a phased delivery of approximately 90,000 sq.ft. of Grade A office accommodation. The prominent elevations were orientated towards the adjacent M8 motorway to create a new “Gateway” location on the approach to the city centre.
