Mixed use redevelopment of the historic Queens Quay area of Clydebank comprising food and non-food retail, education, leisure and commercial facilities together with 1000 new residential units including family housing, townhouses and riverside flats.

Devere at Loch Lomond
Prestigious development on Loch Lomondside comprising new championship 18 hole golf course, luxury spa and leisure complex, fractional ownership lodges and apartments, with newly created nature reserve: The first scheme to be granted Planning Permission after the establishment of the National Park Authority. Works currently on site.

Greenlaw, Newton Mearns
Strategic masterplan for multi-phased mixed use development comprising 5 residential development sites, Class 4 business park, 4 star Hotel and Conference facility, neighbourhood centre, local school and sports/leisure facilities. Submission currently being considered by East Renfrewshire Council for incorporation into Local Plan.

Glasgow Greenfield Release Sites
The practice was commissioned by several private sector residential developers to undertake site appraisals, preparation of strategic Masterplans and 1:500 scale detailed site layouts for 4 of the Glasgow Greenfield Release Sites.

USAF, Lakenheath Masterplan
New township for US Air Force comprising 1100 homes and all necessary supporting mixed use development, open space and leisure facilities.

Barassie, Troon
Initial appraisals and preparation of detailed Masterplan for extensive Greenfield Release development incorporating primary school, neighbourhood centre, residential development and open space. Submission currently being considered by South Ayrshire Council for incorporation into Local Plan.

North Ayrshire Council, Montgomerie Park, Irvine
Site appraisals, development appraisals and preparation of Masterplan for mixed use development incorporating phased residential development, neighbourhood centre, primary school and public open space.

Strathleven, Dunbartonshire
Land use appraisal, regeneration framework strategy and preparation of detailed Masterplan for extensive mixed use development including residential development, hotel/conference facilities, tourist attractions, commercial business park, and BBC production facilities. Currently being considered by East Dunbartonshire Council.

Central Govan Action Plan
A land use study of the central Govan area to produce an Action Plan detailing proposals for a mixed use development. The client body comprises the Council, Enterprise bodies, Community organisations and local Housing Associations.
